The Adventure Diver program is the perfect opportunity to gain additional experience and skills under the guidance of our dive professionals.


To become a PADI Adventure Diver with us you need your PADI Open Water certification (or equivalent) and the desire to experience thrilling adventures. This in-water performance based course includes a total of three dives all which can be done in one day! (conditions permitting)

If you're 15 or older, and a PADI Open Water Diver or equivalent, then you're ready for the Adventure Diver program. Or, if you're a PADI Junior Open Water Diver or equivalent and between the ages of 12-14, there's the PADI Junior Adventure Diver program.


After successfully completing the program, you'll receive the PADI Adventure Diver certification. Now, take the next step! Complete two more adventure dives (must include deep and navigation) and become a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver.

Advanced Open Water

 

Looking for the ultimate adventure? You found it! PADI's Advanced Open Water Diver program fine tunes your scuba skills and allows you to explore some of diving's top adventures. It's your dive - go for it!

The Advanced Open Water Diver program has something for everyone. This exciting course with Global Aquatic Dive Center includes a total of five adventure dives, however it is a course requirement that these must include the deep and navigation dives.

Emergency First Response

 

The Emergency First Response course (CPR) and Emergency First Response Secondary Care (First Aid) course teach people how to provide emergency care for someone in need.


This course can consist of either part making learning easy by providing a non stressful environment in which participants practice and apply emergency care skills.
The courses are designed to:

help participants remember appropriate emergency care procedures during times of need

bullet

encourage them to apply those procedures by assisting those needing emergency care.

 

The entire Emergency First Response course is based on internationally recognized medical guidelines for emergency care - guidelines produced through a consensus of practicing professionals in the emergency medical field.
Educationally, the courses reflect a well-researched instructional design for this type of training.

NB: for rescue certifications, then only the CPR section of EFR need be completed. Approximate time needed for completion of full EFR is 8 hours.

 

 
 
Rescue Diver

 

How do you take a subject like accident prevention and management and turn it into fun? Call it the Global Aquatic PADI Rescue Diver program!

The PADI Rescue Diver program develops your knowledge and skills so you can effectively perform diver assists and rescues, manage diving accident situations and render first aid.


This course is an important step in expanding your knowledge and experience as a diver. PADI Rescue Diver (or equivalent) certification is also a prerequisite for all PADI leadership programs.

The PADI Rescue Diver program covers the following areas:

Self-rescue and diver stress.

Diving first aid emergency management.

bullet

Equipment considerations.

Swimming and non swimming assists.

bullet

Panicked diver response, underwater problems, missing diver procedures and surfacing an unconscious diver.

In-water artificial, respiration and egress along with first aid procedures for pressure related accidents and dive accident scenarios.
 

After successfully completing the course with Global Aquatic Dive Center and have proof of CPR training within the last 24 months, you’ll receive the internationally recognized PADI Rescue Diver certification card.

Specialty Dives

 

Here at Global Aquatic Adventure Tours we teach many of the different and exciting PADI Specialty Courses. Each course takes you into a different aspect of diving, furthering your scuba knowledge and at the same time having a lot of fun.


Parts of these courses are taught as required sections of the Adventure Diver and Advanced Open Water programs.

Master Scuba Diver

 

Reach for the top of your sport - the card unrivaled in the recreational ranks: PADI Master Scuba Diver. With this certification in hand, you’ll have reached the highest recreational diver level in the PADI System of diver education.

The PADI Master Scuba Diver rating denotes superior achievement and proficiency in dive skills, experience and underwater activities. Isn’t that what you’re all about and you can do it all with Global Aquatic Adventure Tours.

To put yourself on top and reach the PADI Master Scuba Diver level, you need to be at least 12 years of age and complete the PADI Open Water Diver or equivalent, PADI Advanced Open Water Diver or Advanced Plus, PADI Rescue Diver, and any five PADI Specialty Diver certifications. Or, if you’re a PADI Divemaster, or PADI Assistant Instructor, complete any five PADI Specialty Diver ratings.
